Hello lovely people,

Top tier bábóg David George Taylor is back with us this week to catch up on all that has happened since we last had him on.

It has been a massive few months for Dave and the rest of the 1661 team from winning Irish Bar of the year to taking over the Dead Rabbit in New York this February.

We love Dave to bits and we find the passion and energy he has for his craft to be equal parts infectious and refreshing.
