Today we’re joined by Dave Mulligan an all round gent along with being owner-operator of Bar 1661 in Dublin city.

Aside from running our favorite bar, Dave is also the man behind Bán Poitín, Craft Cocktails and Poitín based ready to drink brand ‘Little & Green’ he is also one of the most important figures in Irish Poitín shining a spotlight on our white national spirit pulling back the curtain on one of the most interesting drinks made anywhere in the world.
